Terms of Service

BotX (botx.mn) is a platform owned by CloudHub LLC (hereinafter “BotX”, “we” or “us”) that enables businesses to connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts and automate their chat conversations. By registering for and using BotX, you agree to these Terms.

Sign-in is handled through the Auth.mn service. You can create brands and assign roles to team members (Owner, Admin, Editor, Agent). The brand owner is responsible for all actions taken by their team members.

You may only connect Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

BotX uses Meta's Messenger Platform and the Instagram API. All messages and automated replies you send through BotX must comply with the Meta Platform Policy and Messenger rules such as the 24-hour messaging window and message tags. Sending spam, deceptive or illegal content is prohibited.

The AI assistant generates replies based on the knowledge base you provide (products, FAQs, documents). We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated replies; the brand bears final responsibility for them. At a customer's request, the conversation can be handed off to a human agent.

The brand setup fee and the plan fee, which is based on the number of monthly active contacts, are paid via QPay. If a payment is not made on time, automation is suspended after 7 days; incoming messages will continue to be received and your data will remain stored.

We use contact information received from Meta solely to automate chat for your brand. For details, see our Privacy Policy; for instructions on requesting data deletion, see the Data Deletion page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service if you violate these Terms or Meta's policies, or fail to pay. You may delete your brand and request deletion of your data at any time.
