Brand owners (BotX users)
- Log in to the BotX dashboard and select your brand.
- In the Channels menu, disconnect your Facebook Page / Instagram channel — its access token is deleted immediately.
- Click Settings → Archive brand — all automation stops. The brand, contacts, conversations, Flows and knowledge base are all retained, and you can restore them at any time. Archiving does not delete your data.
You can also remove the BotX app on Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites.
Contacts (people who have messaged a Page)
You can request deletion of your data by sending a message to the business's Page, or by contacting us at the address below. We will delete all messages, tags and fields associated with your PSID within 30 days and notify you once this is done.
